Victoria 80s Velvet Dress UK 8 by Laura Ashley

Stunning 80s black velvet dress by Laura Ashley! Fitted shape with a zip on the side, puffy sleeves and a floral pattern on the chest.  In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 8. This doesn't have any stretch to it.
