Who we are

Apparition Vintage began as a fun way to pass time during the first lockdown in 2020 and quickly became a much bigger business that ships thousands of items a year to customers all over the world. We focus on providing unique pieces in styles such as goth, grunge, fairycore, whimsigoth, cottagecore and more, and each piece has been lovingly handpicked. We update the shop weekly, so follow our socials to be in the know about drop times and dates and for stock previews. Shipping Info

We ship worldwide to most destinations including Ireland, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia and most EU countries. To check if we ship to your destination simply enter your shipping details/location at the checkout or get in contact with us to inquire. Shipping rates vary per country and total order weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days of purchase. We don't ship on weekends or bank holidays.

What we sell

We sell one off unique vintage pieces from the 1960s to 2000s in a range of sizes. There is only one of each item available in the size listed, and we update the website with fresh stock weekly. We aim to have a mix of diverse stock and sizes in each of our shop updates. We are based in Ireland and all of our stock ships from here.

Returns and refunds 

We make every effort to accurately document the correct size, colour and condition of each piece, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns in exchange for store credit or refund of the item price, however customers are to cover the cost of returns postage and original postage. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receiving the item, and customers must contact us to confirm the return of an item within 48 hours of receiving the item. Items bought on sale/at a discount, mystery bundles and mystery items cannot be returned. Sustainability

All of our stock is sustainably sourced and packaged in eco friendly material. We use a low carbon emissions form of shipping and offset our shops carbon footprint by planting native trees with Irish tree planting organisations.
