Romeo 90s Dress UK 12-14

Gorgeous 90s brown velvet swing style dress!  This has a loose fit that flares out from the chest and has a filigree design all over. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 12-14. Has some stretch to it.

Chest - 18" (36" total, stretchy)

Waist - 19" (38" total)

Length - 37”
