Rhiannon 00s Skirt UK 12-16

Super cute 00s purple tiered midi skirt! This has a very stretchy waist and can be worn high or low on the waist. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit UK 12-16 depending on desired fit, fits UK 12 low waisted or high waist on UK 14-16.
