Phoebe 90s Dress UK 10/12

The most beautiful late 90s mesh midi dress by Dorothy Perkins! Deep red colour with dramatic flared sleeves and big whimsigoth vibes! Quite see through at the back and front but not on the chest area, would probably need another under skirt worn beneath it. Has ties at the back to pull the waist in. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 12 or slightly loose on a UK 10.
