Pandora 90s Velvet Dress UK 14/16

Stunning 90s black velvet mini dress! This has a filigree pattern all over, a mock neck collar and a stretchy fit. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 14 a little loosely or a UK 16 more fitted. Pinned on me here to show intended fit.

Chest - 20” (40” total, stretch to 44" )

Waist - 17.5" (35" total, stretchy)

Length - 37”
