Harlow Y2K/90s Dress UK 14

The sweetest 90s/Y2K floral mini dress! The chest of this is super stretchy at the back, and it has a sweetheart neckline and a gorgeous floral pattern all over. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 14, pinned on me here to show intended fit. Labelled M/L.
