This dress is stretchy with a filigree devore velvet pattern all over and a fringed asymmetrical hem. About the item - this dress is part of a small collection released by Charmed and the fashion brand Orsay in 2002. Only a few items from that small collection are still available in the world, this dress being one of them. It is inspired by outfits worn by the Characters in Charmed. This dress is 1/1 as far as I can tell and is a collectors item. This is reflected in the price. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit UK 8-10.
