Julia 90s Dress UK 8-10

Gorgeous 90s emerald green velvet dress! Elasticated waist with a button up front and skirt that flares out from the waist. In perfect vintage condition and would best fit a UK 8-10.

Chest - 16" (32" total, stretch to 35")

Waist - 11.5" (23" total, stretch to 32")

Length - 33”
